Kauthi is based in Rylands, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners including Pargo, DHL, and The Courier Guy.

Selected international shipping options may also be available.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Processing Time: 1 to 7 business days
• Standard Delivery: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
• Remote or outlying areas: Up to 1 to 3 weeks

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email or SMS where available.

Can I Ship One Order to Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.

If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do You Deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to P.O. Boxes where supported by the selected courier service.

Please note that certain items may require a physical street address for delivery.
